The safety of a line and the machines that compose it is essentially identified through two aspects: staff training and training and reduction of the necessary man-machine interactions.
In order to obtain the maximum level of safety, devices and systems are studied and tested internally. Specific manual courses are made for operators, technically preparing them to work with an integrated automated system.
CMA2 performs Certifications of existing plants and lines through inspections, risk analysis and any mechanical or electrical remediation; draws up the necessary documents then releasing the final certification in accordance with Legislative Decree 2006/42 / CE or according to UL regulations.
